HY-51/62 plastic thermoforming machine is a combination of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, and the whole system was controlled by a micro PLC, which can be operated in a man-interface.
It combines the material sending, heating, forming, cutting, and stacking counting into one process. It has three operation models. " manual", " semi-automatic" and "automatic, so it is a new generation ideal package equipment telecommuting and memory reserve functions.The Machine working process:

The contact-heat series thermoforming machine is suitable for forming HIPS, PS, BOPS, PVC, PET sheets that can produce boxes, trays, fast food boxes, dishes, lids, cookies tray, mobile phone trays, etc.

Feeding Part:
The feeding part of the machine is integrated with the machine, which makes the feeding process more stable and can bear larger material roll. The left and right of the feeding frame are respectively controlled by a cylinder to ensure the stability of feeding process.
Heating with electric heating rod can directly heat the sheet, improve the working speed of the machine and enhance the transparency of the sheet. The surface of the new preheating version is treated with coating, which is not easy to scratch the material.
The machine could finish plastic sheet heating, in-mould forming, cutting, and stacking in one process. The direct contact heating, forming, and cutting method makes the final products good shaping and accurate cut. Cutting is a way of sharing blades, it makes material utilization rate high. Servo motor control makes the machine with low power consumption and easy maintenance.
After products are finished, they are grasped and stacked by the manipulator automatically.
The guide rail for stacking is imported from Japan and controlled by servo motor to ensure the stability of grabbing and stacking.

We could assign 1 technician to coordinate installation, commissioning, and training, the cost for the return flight and suitable accommodation will be charged, and the allowance is USD 100-150 per day.
Warranty Service:
12 months limited warranty.
Starting from the date of machine arrival buyer's place excluding wear parts.
Shipping costs for easy broken parts to be replaced during the warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
